I had a wonderful moment when I arrived, and the bellman greeted me using my name. The turn-down service was nice, and I appreciated the fresh flowers in my room.

I like the mark the hotel is clean staff are great but to many taxes tacted on. I believe if you are charging 450 dollars and higher you have made a great profit without charging another 30 to forty dollars more on tax es for city hotel and service for room

The gracious staff provided excellent turn-down service. The average room was hindered by unreliable technology and insufficient HVAC with discomfort. While internet access was chargeable, it fell short of high-speed expectations. The gourmet food was a highlight, but overall, the experience was mixed.

One of my best-stays in NYC. Very comfortable rooms, great beds. A few steps away from Central Park and Lincoln Center. Concierge offers an excellent service. Stay in a suit-room and enjoy our trip to NYC.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant bar and dining room were excellent. There is also a well equipped spa that is usually empty. I was there for business but there were many families at the hotel.
The singles scene at the bar was a bit much.
